NEW MOBILITY & BUSINESS ECOSYSTEM CREATION

Within our Strategy & New Mobility department, we strive to meet the expectations of the transformation of our automotive industry into a mobility company.

This success story also led us to think about new Business Models, and also to offer new mobility services in a partnership logic.

The stakes are enormous and this leads us to collaborate with many internal departments. One of our main roles is to understand and visualize this new ecosystem in order to break certain silos and to propose relevant solutions by having a holistic vision.

For example, one of the new challenges is to integrate into our design process innovations such as ARENE developed by TRI-AD in order to meet the SDA challenge.

Of course, the user is at the centre of our concerns, and the production of Mass Happiness our one of main objectives.
