ABOUT HUMAN CONNECTION
Human beings are social animals with a need for connection that is powerful and primitive. The roots of connection go back to our prehistory as a matter of survival. Our brains have evolved to be social – constantly assessing what others may think or feel, how they are responding to us, if we feel safe with them, and if they feel safe with us.
As we look ahead to a workplace mix of virtual and physical interactions, how do we create meaningful human connection in this hybrid future?
